We want you to wear your Boston Scally cap with pride, so if the fit isn't right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund or swap.

Select Your Option
Choose whether you would like to exchange your cap for a different size or style, or if you prefer a refund to your original payment method.
Print and Pack
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible.
Ship and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
